The National Erasmus+ Information Day was held in Sarajevo at the premises of Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo, organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Information Day was organised in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the University of Sarajevo and was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, public and private higher education institutions, students and other relevant organizations in the field of higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Erasmus+ is the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport. Erasmus+ started on 1 January 2014 and replaces funding programmes run by the European Commission in the area of education, training, youth and sport, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Comenius, Leonardo, Grundtvig and Transversal), Youth in Action and other international programmes including Jean Monnet and Erasmus Mundus.

National Erasmus+ Information Day will be held on November 8, 2018 (10:00-16:00) at the Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo (address: Obala Kulina bana 7/II, Sarajevo). The main purpose of this one-day event is to promote Erasmus+ opportunities in area of higher education, with special focus on Capacity Building for Higher Education, International Credit Mobility, Joint Master Degrees, and Jean Monnet activities.

National Erasmus+ Information Day in Bosnia and Herzegovina was organized on Thursday, 9 November 2017, at the University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Political Sciences. The event was opened by Suad Muhibic, Head of National Erasmus+ office in BiH, Prof. Dr. Biljana Antunovic, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the University of Banja Luka, Alexandra WAGNER, Head of Banja Luka Office, Delegation of the EU to BiH and Adnan Husic, Assistant Minister, Ministry of Civil Affairs BiH.
The event was organized in order to promote opportunities within the Erasmus+ programme, with special emphasis on possibilities within the area of higher education, including: capacity building for higher education, international credit mobility, joint master degrees, Jean Monnet activities, and other relevant opportunities.
The event attended about 90 participants, including representatives of public and private higher education institutions, relevant ministries of education, NGOs, students, and other relevant stakeholders in the field of higher education in BiH.

National Erasmus+ Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina (NEO), in cooperation with the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) organized the TAM workshop „The Management of Human Resources in Public Higher Education“ on Friday, 20th October 2017, in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka.
The workshop was led by an international expert, Prof. Stephen Hagen, professor emeritus at ITMO University of St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
The workshop aimed to transfer knowledge and experience of European universities in human resource management and discussed the challenges in this area and the ways of overcoming them.
