The selected topic of the cluster meeting covered eight Erasmus+ CBHE projects (2015-2020) related to the theme of inclusion and diversity involving partner institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The overall objective was to assess the impact of these projects on higher education sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the society at large, as well as to share experiences and provide some recommendations for the future.
Project representatives of nine selected projects (2015-2020) were invited to the meeting. However, only eight of them confirmed their participation (representatives of project 618534-EPP-1-2020-1-XK-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP did not respond to the invitation and did not attend the meeting).
It was an Online meeting via Zoom gathering 20 participants in total, including: 12 representatives of eight Erasmus+ CBHE projects (5 finalized projects and 3 still under implementation), 4 representatives of ministries (at the state, entity, and cantonal level), 1 agency at the state level, 1 representative of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), 5 HERE Team BiH representatives, 2 representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office in BiH (NEO).

Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange (EVE) was a pilot project, run by the European Commission from 2018 to 2020. EVE provided an accessible, ground-breaking way for young people to engage in intercultural learning experiences online through a range of activities. EVE expanded the scope of the Erasmus+ programme through online collaborative learning activities known as Virtual Exchanges (VE) and training programmes. Virtual Exchange is defined as technology-enabled people-to-people educational programming, facilitated and sustained over a period of time1. Working with youth organisations and universities, the project was open to any young person aged 18-30 residing in Europe and the Southern Mediterranean2, with a target of 25,000 participants engaged by December 2020.

Publikaciju ‘’Implementacija EU Direktive o regulisanim profesijama u Bosni i Hercegovini’’, je kreirao član tima eskperata za reformu visokog obrazovanja u BiH (HEREs), Dženan Omanović ispred Centra za informisanje i priznavanje dokumenata iz oblasti visokog obrazovanja (CIP).
Glavni cilj ove rada je potaknuti nadležne vlasti u području obrazovanja i rada kao i druge zaintersovane strane koji se bave profesionalnim kvalifikacijama u Bosni i Hercegovini da što prije počnu s provođenjem ove vrlo važne obrazovne reforme za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, jer je pomenuti reformski proces prioritet u visokom obrazovanju u Bosni i Hercegovini, a također je vrlo povezan sa tržištem rada. Jedan od ciljeva koje Bosna i Hercegovina mora ispuniti u procesu pristupanja Evropskoj uniji bila bi ova vrlo važna tema priznavanja profesionalnih kvalifikacija. Ovu temu uvrstila je Europska komisija u Upitniku Komisije za mišljenje koji je predala Bosni i Hercegovini 2016. godine.
Ova publikacija nastojaće predstaviti perspektivu EU u priznavanju profesionalnih kvalifikacija, uključujući istorijsku pozadinu, kao i trenutnu situaciju u Bosni i Hercegovini, s predloženim aktivnostima potrebnim za pokretanje regulacije profesionalnih kvalifikacija, uključujući mandate i uloge različitih tijela u ovom polju.
